Hello, I'm Hannah, and welcome to Lymph Flow Cheshire. With a background as an NHS nurse with 25 years experience, across mental health and general nursing in both hospital and community settings, I bring a deep understanding of the body, compassion, and a holistic approach to every treatment I offer.

I specialise in holistic massage and lymphatic drainage, and my passion for this work is deeply personal. Having lived with Lipoedema and navigated four lipoedema reduction surgeries myself, I truly understand what it means to seek relief, support, and compassion. This lived experience drives everything I do and allows me to connect with my clients on a level that goes beyond technique.

My goal is to leave you feeling pain-free and mobile, relaxed and de-stressed, balanced in body and mind, and ultimately confident and empowered in your own skin.

When I'm not working with clients, you'll find me drawing on my own experiences to continue learning and advocating for others living with Lipoedema. @my_lippy_pear
